With the needs of industry employers in mind, CASTL collaborates with post-secondary institutions to support their delivery of bioscience curricula.

Students at participating institutions will have access to industry-informed training that will give them a competitive edge including access to specialized programming in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Programming is available for all learning levels from diploma/certificate to the graduate level.

Through the development of an industry-informed curriculum, students will have the opportunity to acquire theoretical knowledge, technical skills, and professional competencies. Students will also be able to apply their learning through hands-on training at a CASTL training facility resulting in career-ready graduates to support the bioeconomy across the country.
