In collaboration with the Consortium Québécois sur la Découverte du Médicament (CQDM), CASTL is developing a cutting-edge training program tailored to meet the growing needs of the RNA therapy sector in Quebec: The Factory School.

With the rapid advancements in RNA therapy and Quebec's strong research expertise, this initiative is designed to equip the sector with a highly skilled workforce ready to meet the demands of this burgeoning industry. The RNA therapies factory school will provide specialized training programs designed to enhance knowledge and skills for RNA therapeutics production.

A Real-World
Training Environment

CASTL’s state-of-the-art facility mirrors the reality
of RNA therapeutics manufacturing, offering:

  • Training in good manufacturing practices (GMP)
  • Hands-on experience in a GMP-simulated environment
  • Access to cutting-edge equipment for RNA therapeutic manufacturing,
    including purification and lipid nanoparticle encapsulation
  • Integration with existing CASTL facilities, which currently support monoclonal
    antibody production
