If you are purchasing a small number of courses for yourself, you can easily purchase CASTL Online Academy courses by visiting the homepage of the CASTL Online Academy. Simply add the courses you would like to purchase to your card and pay using the online Stripe Payment checkout. 

For larger or group orders, please contact coa@castlcanada.ca

You have three months to complete your course from the date the course is added to your account. Don’t worry, the CASTL Online Academy will send reminder emails in advance of your course expiration date. For volume purchases of more than 200 courses per catalogue, courses must be completed within one year. 

Your username will be the email address you or your employer used to register your account with the CASTL Online Academy. If you need to reset your password, visit coa.castlcanada.ca, click the sign in button and then select ‘forgot your password?’. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password. 

Check your junk or spam folders for an email from coa@castlcanada.ca in case the email has been filtered into one of those folders. You can mark the email address as safe or save it to your contacts so that our COA emails will always end up in your inbox.

Remember that your password is case sensitive. Verify that you are using the correct username and password. If you continue to have difficulties logging in to your account, please contact us at coa@castlcanada.ca

Visit the CASTL Online Academy and log into your account. In the menu tab, select ‘My Activities’, then click on the ‘Courses’ tab in the menu.

Next to your final score, you will see a badge icon. Click on that icon to instantly download a pdf of your certificate.

COA courses can be accessed through a Desktop Browser or a Mobile App.

The ‘Go.Learn’ Mobile App can be downloaded from the Apple Store or in Google Play. If you are using a tablet, you can use either the Go.Learn app or you can access the desktop version of your LMS via the mobile browser.

• Supported operating systems: Microsoft 8 (or higher version)
• Supported mobile operating systems: iOS 11 (or higher version), Android 7.0 (or higher version)
• Supported desktop browsers: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari. We recommend using Google Chrome.
• Browser settings: JavaScript, Cookies and Local Storage must be enabled + TLS Version 1.2
   

On the homepage of the Go.Learn App, enter the platform url coa.castlcanada.ca. You will be directed to the CASTL Online Academy sign-in page. Use the same username and password as you would use for the CASTL Online Academy desktop application.
