Minor in Biotechnology

The UPEI  has developed a Minor in Biotechnology. Launched in January 2022, this program provides students with skills that are valued by industry stakeholders. It also serves as a gateway for students to pursue further studies related to CASTL priority areas including the biotechnology articulation program.

British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT)

BCIT is partnering with CASTL to create a new biomanfacturing training facility at BCIT to deliver training and build the talent pool to meet the needs of the growing life sciences and biomanufacturing industry. The new National Biomanufacturing Training Centre (NBTC) will be the first of its kind in B.C. (Opening Spring 2024).
